• What does personal branding, brandface or building a social media team cost?That's very individual and depends on scope, the size of the offer and how we work together. As a rough guide: personal branding & coaching from CHF 2,300 per month, a single shoot day from CHF 900, brandface setup from CHF 2,350 per month, social media team setup from CHF 2,600 per month. The exact price depends on how many shoot days are needed and how much I take on. I look at it in detail and only propose what actually makes a difference.
• What does working together actually look like?After your inquiry comes a first conversation, where I get to know your wishes. Then you get a concrete proposal for the collaboration. During ongoing fulfillment we work closely together, with calls and shared content days, humanity and trust matter a lot to me here. In the end it's about the growth we've achieved together, and the ongoing exchange about it.
• What are the most common mistakes you see in personal brands or company presences?Most often I see presences that feel distant and impersonal, or businesses that simply aren't represented on social media at all, missing out on both customers and name recognition. There's often no real strategy, the content doesn't match the person or what the business actually wants to stand for. And many stop at entertaining content, without connecting that reach to a system that actually turns it into customers and revenue. A link in the bio alone isn't enough for that.
• What does a brandface engagement actually look like, do you become the face yourself?First we define who becomes the brandface for your business, internal or external. Then I brief that person and your business in detail: what's the goal, what should the collaboration look like, what should be shown. I'm not automatically the face of the company myself, I can appear in videos, but my actual role is the strategy behind building the brandface.
• Is brandface the same as corporate influencer marketing?In essence, yes. Brandface is the term I use for my work, in HR and marketing circles this is often called corporate influencer marketing, people who appear internally or externally as a credible face for a business on social media. The difference with me: I take on the full strategy behind it, from choosing the person to the ongoing build-up, not just individual posts.
• How fast will I see results?After the first month of active posting, first movement is usually visible. On request, I can also share part of the risk for missing results or inquiries, we discuss that individually.
• Do I need to actively participate myself, as an executive?For personal branding, yes, at its core that's a coaching, you are the personal brand. For time reasons that can often be bundled into a shared content day, I take care of the rest. I also pass on the knowledge for how to shoot good content, in case you ever want to film without me.
• Why do you only work with a few clients at a time?Because I want to fully engage with you and your business, instead of spreading myself across many clients at once. Only that way can I really read into your business, focus exclusively on your growth, and offer you a collaboration that actually feels like it.
• Is there a minimum contract term?Yes, the minimum term is one month. In that first month I build the system and the strategy, which gets paid first. After that we figure out together how to continue, how often to post, and what results are showing.
